RECOMMENDATIONS WHEN INSTALLING
The condition of the tires is essential to ensure safety during our motorcycle trips, for this reason we must pay attention to details such as:
- Excessive wear: On the tires you will find wear indicators that are located on the tread; when the tire has reached the level of these indicators it is a clear indication that it is time to change them.
- Signs of aging and/or wear: Grooves, cracks, deformations or excessive material peeling are clear signs that the tire has reached the end of its useful life and needs to be replaced.
- Uneven wear: Caused by factors such as tire operation at improper operating pressure, it may cause instability or discomfort during driving; replacement is recommended.
If our rim is TubeType, it is recommended to change the tire when the rim is changed.
It is recommended to check the condition (alignment) of the motorcycle's rims, since if they are deformed they can cause a feeling of instability and uneven tire wear.
