- Remove the tire according to the vehicle manufacturer's instructions and safety protocol.
- Remove the drum or bell, note the different fastening designs for each make and model of car.
- Release the hydraulic supply inlet and outlet ducts.
- Remove the current wheel cylinder.
- Perform a complete check of springs, adjustment, tips and cams, verifying perfect operation.
- Install new KMX friction wheel cylinder and hydraulic power, check brake setting.
- Reassemble the elements in the order you disassembled them.
- Check the emergency brake mechanism and the entire brake pedal actuation system. And perform the same procedure on the opposite side tire.
