- Remove the tires from the vehicle according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Remove the steering knuckles. This will give you full access to the steering knuckle.
- Remove the caliper retaining bolts
- Carefully remove the jaw pins (check lubrication).
- Remove the current pads
- Check the condition of the brake discs, if you notice grooves or wear, carry out rectification or replacement if necessary.
- Install the new KMX friction pads
Reassemble the elements in the order you disassembled them. - Request that the brake pedal be depressed several times to bleed the hydraulic drive system.

RECOMMENDATIONS WHEN INSTALLING
- Check the lubrication of the caliper pins and seals. If the capillary pins are not well lubricated, are also bent and the rubber seals are damaged, this will affect the operation of the pads, causing uneven wear on the friction material.
- Check the condition of the caliper and caliper pistons. Yes, if the pad is actuated irregularly, it will flex the pad plate, causing cracks in the friction material.
- When installing KMX friction brake pads, it is recommended NOT to scrape or sand the friction material with any surface. This affects the break-in period of the pad and foreign particles may adhere to the product.
Particulate matter embedded in the brake system will affect the perfect operation.
